Some of the produced embryos are then transferred to a woman's uterus to start a healthy pregnancy. Embryos which are not used, can be frozen or cypopreserved and utilized later for inserting into a woman's uterus.

Often people believe that anyone can go for in-vitro fertilization process. However, this is quite untrue. A couple's age, medical history and other variables decide if they are fit for an in-vitro fertilization process, or not.
